01. Weeks 1 to 2 · Find your problem
Start from an interest, not an assignment. In the first weeks your mentor helps you find a problem worth solving and define a project you actually want to build.
02. Week 3 · Become the expert
Read what exists, talk to people who live the problem, and learn the tools. By week three you know more about your corner of the world than anyone in your school.
03. Weeks 4 to 5 · Build the prototype
Design it, then make version zero: the app, the device, the study, the film, the nonprofit. Rough is fine. Real is the point.
04. Weeks 6 to 7 · Test with real people
Put it in front of users, experts, or a community partner and listen. Then iterate. Feedback from real people beats guessing every time.
05. Week 8 · Prove impact
Collect the evidence: users, dollars raised, results from the experiment, people reached. Numbers turn a project into proof.
06. Weeks 9 to 12 · Present and compete
Tell the story at Demo Day, then take it further: competitions, publications, press, and the application itself.

Refer a student, or bring one you already work with. Strategy, the college list, essays and interviews stay with you. We never pitch your families on admissions work.
We build the project
Twelve weeks, one private expert mentor, one finished capstone: a startup, nonprofit, app, study or film. Then the competitions, publications and press that follow.
You get the materials
A project summary, the evidence (users, dollars, results), photos, and a written account of what the student did and learned, ready for the activities list, essays and recommendations.
